The Morrissey Family!
Sometimes I take pictures of people I know really well and other times it’s families I don’t know at all. I’ve met tons of amazing families through my blog this year. The Morrissey’s are one of them. It was fun to take their family pictures. I loved capturing their shy son but I think my favorite part was seeing the parents laugh and say, “We haven’t kissed this much in ages!” Nice to be the bossy photographer and bring the LOVE!
Even more amazing is walking away from a one hour shoot and feeling like I know them and would hang with them if they lived close. They drove from Iowa for a family reunion and made arrangements for the shoot while they were visiting! I’m honored!

I don’t know if I am more honored by your blog or amazed by all of the moments you captured! We are so thankful for your skill and patience in capturing all of my son’s “looks” and for cementing in time how much fun 2 can be! After reading your previous blog about getting busy, but slowing down I had already decided that we should be friends! I seem to continuously unintentionally seek out a busy life, only to become overwhelmed and then realize that I am not willing to give any of it up in order to have things slow down! What a blessing friends are that remind us to breathe!! What a blessing you are!!

I have to give you a little laugh….any time that my son hears anyone say the word “picture” on tv, in conversation, or on the radio he giggles and says “Noemi”. You would be surprised how many times a day the word picture is used
