		<description>Noemi, as usual, you are completely awe-inspiring. I like the idea of having specific rewards for myself in goal-setting. Keeping perspective is certainly one of the hardest aspects of working with/for one's self. My goals for 2008 are: 1. Get my web site done, finally  2. Blog regularly  3. Re-promote myself and the site/blog in places I know generate the kind of business I want  4. Get my professional photos updated - you are involved here! 5. Learn Wordpress in and out 6. Finalize my Quickbooks file and keep it updated throughout the year  7. Go on a business trip to LA to see my colleague David 8. Upgrade my camera!
