There are so many beautiful places to take pictures in the twin cities! Sometimes the hardest part of a shoot is deciding where to take them. We decided we wanted to have the lakes, bridges and beautiful landscaping…and we had a great time while we were at it! They are one of those couples that I can’t wait to shoot their wedding. It’s obvious they are in love.

Plus, they have an adorable little car that takes corners on a dime…I like it! I’m sure they’ll love that I mentioned that on my blog! LOL!

Brage, the mom in these pictures, is a new friend of mine. She’s one of those people you meet once and can’t wait to see her again! Anne of Green Gables would have described her as a kindred spirit. I’ve known her a short time but we’re already closer then people I’ve known for years.

This was my first wedding at the St. Paul Cathedral and I’m in love with that church! I guess the waiting list is over a year long…but so worth it! Christi and Tony…thank you for letting me be apart of your day! We laughed so much…I loved it!

I may have even won Tony over…to love (or at least like) pictures! That was my secret goal of the day.

When planning a trip as a mom there are so many factors to consider. We leave for Canada on Monday and I can’t wait! Well, except for the 2 days drive part. We have a 3 year old and a 2 month old so between potty trips and nursing it will take us forever but, having said that, it will be fun to just be with our family. I’m not a big fan of road trips but with a growing family I guess I should just embrace it!

I’m sure I’ll be taking pictures and blogging while I’m there so look forward to some vacation shots in the near future.

There are a lot of joys in my line of work! One of my favorites is getting to capture my friends. Avery is 3 (just like my little girl) and she’s a dream to photograph! Matt, Leyton and Adriah came for the shoot too…here’s a couple of our girls together!

This next one shows how tall Adriah is! Avery is 6 weeks older and I’m sure she’ll remind her of that as they get older!

They are a beautiful family (inside and out!) and I’m thankful to have them as our friends!
