My weekend with my son…

So, my goal on Friday was to get as much of my taxes done as possible instead I stalled all day…talked on the phone, did laundry, played with Leyton, took pictures cleaned the kitchen, read, google some new photographers, checked out my regular blogs! Yeah, not so mature. I totally knew I was doing it and I was okay with my procrastinating.

Anyways! This is the result of putting off taxes and spending time with my son who, by the way, is the happiest kid on the planet!

These two were taken before I stripped him down and I was going for the “bad boy” look…he can’t pull it off!

This one is my favorite picture from this shoot! He’s so perfect! And it reminds of a picture my grandma would have in her collection…totally vintage!

Seriously…you’d think I said the funniest joke ever! I didn’t. I was throwing his jogging pants over his head and taking them away. It’s the little things that get him going!

I love this one cause it looks like he’s talking to someone beside him…he’s not…he’s just the happiest kid ever!

For all those wondering how you can get these amazing pictures…well, it’s starts with having a beautiful subject to capture and ends with an atmosphere that’s stress free! Having a photographer come to you house is so much better then the stress of a studio…but, that’s my personal opinion.

Uggh I haven’t even started my taxes yet and since it’s my first year in business and i sorta wasn’t too organized…I’m not looking forward to it. So yup, I would’ve done the same thing as you. How can you not? He’s so darn cute!!!

These are amazing! I have one of myself that looks just like the one you said looked vintage. It was taken 47 years ago…does that make ME vintage?! LOL. I’ve been trying out some of your techniques with my granddaughter, but she is so camera-wary that I’ve not gotten very many good ones. She’s always aware of the camera. Maybe it’s the age (2)? Any ideas? Wish I was closer!
