snow, Snow, SNow, SNOW!!!! Seriously.

I can’t not believe the amount of snow that has been dumped on us over the past couple of days. There are huge drifts on my deck and mounds piled in the wake of the snow plows! It’s amazing and soooo beautiful!

I guess I feel like if it’s going to be cold, it might as well be snowing! It’s impossible to not get excited for Christmas! Not that you could go shopping if you wanted to 🙂 it’s too snowy!

Have you seen the musical/movie “White Christmas?” My husband and I always sing “snow, snow, snow, snow” when it’s snowing outside and the other day Adriah looked outside and sang our little ditty! It was so cute! It was a “family” tradition moment!

Got any snowy stories you want to share?

You may have heard that the Great White North has also received snow 🙂 Ottawa was hit and I absolutely love it 🙂 I’m usually not a fan of cold weather – but there is something about the snow this year that makes me giddy! I must say though, that my husband did the shovelling – over a foot in our drive way…. And for that, I am thankful 🙂

By the way – I love your blog. First time responding -but have often felt like it!

I am SO JEALOUS Noemi!! I WANT snow so bad!! When I was a kid we use to get snow all the time and we had so much fun playing in it and I have always thought it was beautiful! But, as the years have passed into my adulthood, the snow has stopped coming! The last big snow we got was in 1993! My kids have never got to experience the fun and beauty of a BIG snow! We are lucky if we get an inch or two for the whole winter here in East Tennessee these days!
For the photo contest, I would LOVE to submit a picture of “What makes me smile this winter”… if ONLY we would get some snow to make me smile!! 🙂

No snowy stories, but I just wanted to say that the weather over here is making it feel like Christmas is near too — hot and sunny weather, and daylight savings!! Gotta love the Aussie summer Christmas. 🙂

it would be wonderful to see some pictures of the snow… (hint)it’s so hard to imagine snow right now when we’re in the middle of a huge drought. I miss the MN winters that is for sure! Have a great day enjoying the beautiful snow!!!!

No snow here in the Dallas, TX area. It’s supposed to be 70 degrees today. I do wish we could have just a little. 🙂

Jeremy and I always owe each other a kiss as soon as the first snowflake falls. It’s a rule, and if we’re not together when it happens, we have to make good on the promise at the first opportunity. ( :
