Thank you to the experienced mom’s…

I can’t thank you enough for your sound advice on potty training. You were sooo right about waiting until she was ready! It was the last day I would’ve chosen but, that’s the way is right? On our vacation, while visiting Washington and going in and out of musuems, she decided she was done with diapers…and has gone 4-5 times a day since. I still have her in pull-ups cause she rarely asks me to go to the bathroom and sometimes I don’t ask her in time. But, I’m running low and will switch to “Big Girl” underwear soon.

It’s funny the things you worry about as a parent. Really. My little girl is her own person and has always surprised me. It’s good for me not to know-it-all.

For all the mom’s worrying about something today…take a deep breath. You are not the first and you won’t be the last but, I believe that you are the perfect parent for your child and if you need wisdom…all you have to do is ask!

I love your site! I wish we lived closer to you b/c our family would love to be photographed by you! I just wanted to say as a mom of a 20 mo old boy I needed to hear that, especially today. I will now take my deep breath….. and remember parents are never alone!

I’ve been reading your blog for months now. I got hooked back in the early days with the Morrison’s. While I am a MN native, we currently live in CA. Once our second baby is born (10 weeks and counting!) and we venture back to MN for a visit, I’d love you to photograph our family. Thank you for blogging, it is always great to hear your stories and any mom advice you happen to throw in there is always inspirational. I have a 16 month old and find it so easy to hung up on all the milestones the experts write about and your reminder to take a deep breath was great advice!
