Hello,
I live in Texas and I have followed this story from the beginning, checking this site as well as the Morrison’s site. It breaks my heart to see another sweet baby go; I will continue to pray fervently for baby Sylas. I light a candle each night for different people and things I am praying for and I will include Sylas, Brianna, and Ryan in my prayers. Words cannot express the sadness I felt reading your blog today. God is residing over the Morrisons; He will continue to carry them through this difficult journey.

I am so sorry to hear of your tremendous loss. I have followed your story for the last few months. Thank you for sharing your joys, losses, and faith with the world. One of my favorite verses is Zephaniah 3:17
The LORD your God is with you,
he is mighty to save.
He will take great delight in you,
he will quiet you with his love,
he will rejoice over you with singing.

It really has been a rock for me. I lost a son, Samuel at 22 weeks. He was stillborn. It has been three years now and God has been so good to me. God Bless your Family.
“Those who know your name trust in you, for you, O LORD, do not abandon those who search for you.
Psalm 9:10 NLT

I have held your precious faces before our Father asking Him to show you His continued presence in these dark hours.
I will continue to hold baby Sylas before the One who knows our deepest hurts…and longs to comfort us as only He can amidst our pain.
Sadness and HOPE for you both!!!!

I am so sorry to hear of Lucia Rae’s passing. I check this site and the Morrison’s site regularly and continue to pray for them all. My heart hurts for all they are feeling and celebrates the life of Sylas (and all their precious babies, no matter how brief). Many prayers are with you all!

(And you, too, Noemi! You are an amazing friend to so many and express yourself so well through your blog. Thank you for sharing yourself and your life with all of us! Amazing!)

Dear Ryan and Brianna and Noemi:

I am a friend of Christy Mitchell. She has emailed us for prayer starting with the earlier stages of Brianna’s pregnancy. I have looked at the pictures of Brianna’s belly and smiled, loving the beauty that God creates in a pregnant woman.

I rejoiced at the news of the births of the precious 6 babies and I have cried at each of their passings. God’s love and family are so amazing. We have never met and probably never will, but I feel such love and admiration for each of you; Ryan and Brianna for your strong faith and courage and Noemi for being such a wonderful friend to the Morrisons. Looking at the pics of all of your faces makes me feel like I have known you….I guess in the Lord we do!

There are many people on our internet prayer team, so when Christy sends us a request, there are dozens more praying. I know this adds to the thousands that are joined in prayer for your comfort and for the continued life of little Sylas.

May you be blessed in the midst of your pain and may the Holy Spirit comfort you in ways that are beyond your understanding.

Love in Christ,
Evonne (Chico CA)

Noemi, I have followed the Morrison’s situation through your website and Ryan and Brianna’s, checking for updates every few days. I arrived home from vacation late Saturday night, waking up Sunday morning feeling impressed to pray for the little ones, their parents, their family, and their friends. I immediately checked the sites for updates, saw none, and hoped no news was good news. Throughout the day, though, the Lord brought you all over and over to my mind, impressing me to pray for you all. Though strangers connected across the country only by a website and a shared faith, God stirred my heart for you all throughout the day. I am saddened to hear of another great loss but hope that you can all find comfort in the fact that God is moving mightily, across this country, even more than a month later, in the hearts and minds of many through and for Ryan and Brianna. May all of your faiths hold strong, and may He continue to bring comfort and strength.

And Noemi, thanks also for sharing such beautiful “capturings” of the joy of life and family. It is so inspiring, while being reminded of and praying for Ryan and Brianna, to see the blessings of life depicted through your photography. May Ryan and Brianna someday have pictures of their own little Sylas, and maybe even future children, so exuberant.

I do so hope little Sylas can pull through this. God Bless him and his courageous parents and of course not forgetting his five little siblings safe with God.
