Your Favorite Picture is?

I’ve been thinking about “favorite pictures” and all the reasons why an image becomes my favorite. This is the thought process of one who looks at pictures all the time! Anyways, I thought I’d post a couple of my favorites and then ask you to send in yours but, you have to say why it’s your favorite! I’ll post the pictures next week and then everyone can share in seeing your fav!

Here’s mine:

I met with a bride last night and at first I couldn’t put it in words why I love this picture so much then, it occurred to me…Cinderella! Every woman wants to be a princess pursued by her prince and this photo captures the princess. I should’ve had her take off a shoe and place it at the bottom of the stairs for effect!

I love laughing shots! Every time my family gets together we forced ourselves to laugh and then we start laughing at each other and then we can’t stop laughing…it makes for great pictures! AND MORE THEN THAT…it makes me smile every time I look at it!

Anyone who knows me knows…I love crying baby shots!

What’s your favorite? Send it in! But, remember, don’t forget to say why!

I’ve got so many favorites so this is difficult. My two favorite recent ones:

~ One of my brother and sister in law soon after they found out their baby will likely not live until it is born and if it does, she / he has little chance of making it longer. You can just see so much love in their eyes for their baby. (

~ One of my youngest brother who is graduating high school this year. It is just naturally him and a I love that you can the laugh lines around his eyes (

My favorite one of my oldest son is not very technically sound, but comical ( and my younger son is ( who was very sick the first months of life. He’s got a smug look like he’s handling it.

Ok, enough favorites:)
